"One of my bedroom was infested with booklice and saw from the estate group chat that some of them have engaged WTG Pest Control so we went ahead to enquire. Ah Wei was the one that inspected the whole house, gave us detailed explanation of what cause booklice, what is the method to get rid of it and how to prevent it from returning. He was very patient and knowledgeable and we really appreciated his sharing and service. We also got rid of the mould in the toilet and you can see the before and after photo. So glad that the booklice infestation issue has been gotten rid of and thank you very much to Ah Wei for the service!"

"Engaged them for a cockroach issue at my unit. The team was responsive and explained the treatment process clearly. After the first treatment, we started seeing dead cockroaches and the number of tiny baby cockroaches has reduced a lot. There are still some small ones appearing occasionally, but we can see improvement so far. Overall, good service and will continue to monitor the results. 👍"
