Ironman provided excellent customer service from the time of my query to the onsite inspection. Although I had reached out to a number of pest control services, Ironman was the only one to respond and they did so promptly within 5 min to arrange a free onsite inspection. Sam, from Ironman arrived promptly on the dot at the scheduled time. As it turned out, Sam did not think there was a need for pest control but took the time to explain how to remedy the situation to prevent pests. He was professional and most importantly, honest. Not pushing to make a sale. I will be more than comfortable to engage and recommend Ironman should there need arise in future.
