As my renovation was scheduled to start just two days later, I urgently needed the pest issue resolved before any work began. I contacted Faz on a Sunday, and right from the start, he was friendly, professional, and attentive to all my concerns. He listened patiently and immediately assured me that he would try to arrange a team to come down the very next day — even though it was a public holiday! Faz also clearly explained the entire process and provided a transparent breakdown of the costs involved, which I found very reasonable. After I sent him the details, he went above and beyond — texting back shortly after to let me know that his team could actually come down the same day, just two hours later!
