"Honestly, at first I was torn about who to choose to design my main suite. I prayed for guidance and chose Engineer Alaa, and thank God I haven't regretted it at all. No matter how much I praise her, I won't do her justice. Anyone who has worked with her knows what I mean. She's incredibly kind, has great taste, patience, integrity, honesty, and dedication. I've been working with her for over a year now, and whenever I need something or have a question, I get a prompt and immediate response. She helped me with so many things that weren't even part of the contract, and her goal wasn't financial gain. Her work and dedication are what matter most to her; it shows in the final design. "The service was terrible, with constant stalling and price manipulation. Here are the details: I liked a piece of parquet flooring and got a price quote from the shop owner. When I went back two days later to buy it, an Egyptian man gave me a different price, even though I had photographed the parquet with the price tag. Despite showing him the picture and the price, he refused to sell it to me. Then a Saudi man came and said they would take responsibility for the mistake, but unfortunately, he broke his promise. I kept seeing him for several days, but he never showed up. Finally, I accepted the situation and reserved the parquet, giving them my number so they would call me when it arrived. To this day, they haven't called or contacted me at all! I was forced to buy from another parquet shop that had better service, was punctual, and offered a cheaper price."
