They don't keep you waiting unless they're already serving another guest, whether via WhatsApp or in person. In that case, they have a valid excuse. The person they're serving isn't a decorative object to be kept waiting. Even on WhatsApp, the staff member responds promptly. They might be delayed due to another guest or because of a delay in responding via WhatsApp. This demonstrates their unparalleled excellence and creativity. You leave satisfied, knowing they've done your work to the highest standard. Unfortunately, I must inform you that my experience with Master was one of the worst I have ever had in terms of communication and credibility. I contacted them via WhatsApp, and the messages were read but received no response. I also tried calling several times, but the number was always busy. When I finally spoke with a representative, I was promised assistance and a follow-up, but nothing has happened yet. This approach is unprofessional and fails to meet even the most basic standards of respecting a client's time or honoring promises. Having communication channels without any actual follow-up completely erodes trust in the service provided. I hope this matter will be addressed urgently, or that the reason for this negligence will be explained, as what happened is completely unacceptable from an organization that claims to offer professional services.

I wish my voice would reach the owner of the store because I feel there is manipulation. I advise you to use Mansour’s library. Printing a 10-page PDF file is one riyal.
