The service was terrible, with constant stalling and price manipulation. Here are the details: I liked a piece of parquet flooring and got a price quote from the shop owner. When I went back two days later to buy it, an Egyptian man gave me a different price, even though I had photographed the parquet with the price tag. Despite showing him the picture and the price, he refused to sell it to me. Then a Saudi man came and said they would take responsibility for the mistake, but unfortunately, he broke his promise. I kept seeing him for several days, but he never showed up. Finally, I accepted the situation and reserved the parquet, giving them my number so they would call me when it arrived. To this day, they haven't called or contacted me at all! I was forced to buy from another parquet shop that had better service, was punctual, and offered a cheaper price.

The staff and management were extremely professional and cooperative. In short, if you want someone to handle your entire project in the best possible way, don't even think about going anywhere else. 🙏
