"先本組を知ったきっかけはラジオでした。結婚を機に夫婦で家を建てようと決めた際、そういえば毎週ラジオで話をしている工務店があったなと思いホームページを調べてみると、外観も内装もとてもオシャレで機能的な家が多くあったので、見学会に行ってみることにしました。 実際に家を見てみると、シンプルで洗練されたデザインが素晴らしく、一番驚いたのは断熱性でした。夫婦とも一目惚れし「先本組で家を建てよう」と即決しました。ただ、住んでいる場所が県中部で距離があったため心配していましたが、快く受け入れていただきました。 それから要望に沿ったプランを考えていただいて打ち合わせもしましたが、建てる土地や資金面の問題で一度頓挫してしまいました。 3年後くらいに再び見学会に訪れましたが、家の方は相変わらず素晴らしく、期間が空いたにも関わらず私達のことを覚えてくださっていて、新たなプランで家造りを進めるとこになりました。 土地がなかなか決まらなかった分、何度も打ち合わせをしていただきましたが、こちらの質問に対して一つ一つ丁寧に説明してくださいましたし、細かい要望や「やっぱりこうしたい」という要望にも可能な限り対応してしただいて、とても嬉しかったです。 そして完成した家は、平家、床下エアコン、中庭、広いLDK、ヌック、リビングに隣接した和室、夫婦それぞれの書斎、WIC、パントリー、その他の収納など、私達の理想をこれでもかと詰め込んだとても素敵な家に仕上げていただきました。住み始めてまだ1ヶ月ほどですが、今のところとても快適に過ごしています。一番感動しているのは断熱性です。外の気温が30℃ 近くあっても家の中はエアコンなしでも快適ですし、料理などで少し暑くなっても床下エアコン一台で家中が涼しくなります。また、早朝外気温が一桁になるような時も、家の中は半袖ハーパンで過ごすことができています。きっと寒い冬も暖かく過ごせるでしょう。 マイナス面をあげるとしたら、こちらの要望等がうまく伝わっておらず要望が反映されていなかったことがあったり、施主検査の際、畳の色が違う、コンセントの位置や色が違うといったことがありました。ただ、いずれも再度確認してきちんと対応・修正していただきました。 先本組で家造りをして本当によかったです。ありがとうございました。今後ともよろしくお願いします。"

"I was worried about getting a new iPhone 8 because I'd heard the back was prone to cracking, but now that it's been coated, I can use it with peace of mind. The staff member's explanation was polite and easy to understand, and they were very pleasant. There's a parking lot nearby, making it easily accessible, and there are many cafes in the vicinity, so I was able to enjoy some cafe hopping while waiting. I heard they also do repairs, so I'll definitely go back if I have any further problems."
