先本組を知ったきっかけはラジオでした。結婚を機に夫婦で家を建てようと決めた際、そういえば毎週ラジオで話をしている工務店があったなと思いホームページを調べてみると、外観も内装もとてもオシャレで機能的な家が多くあったので、見学会に行ってみることにしました。 実際に家を見てみると、シンプルで洗練されたデザインが素晴らしく、一番驚いたのは断熱性でした。夫婦とも一目惚れし「先本組で家を建てよう」と即決しました。ただ、住んでいる場所が県中部で距離があったため心配していましたが、快く受け入れていただきました。 それから要望に沿ったプランを考えていただいて打ち合わせもしましたが、建てる土地や資金面の問題で一度頓挫してしまいました。 3年後くらいに再び見学会に訪れましたが、家の方は相変わらず素晴らしく、期間が空いたにも関わらず私達のことを覚えてくださっていて、新たなプランで家造りを進めるとこになりました。 土地がなかなか決まらなかった分、何度も打ち合わせをしていただきましたが、こちらの質問に対して一つ一つ丁寧に説明してくださいましたし、細かい要望や「やっぱりこうしたい」という要望にも可能な限り対応してしただいて、とても嬉しかったです。 そして完成した家は、平家、床下エアコン、中庭、広いLDK、ヌック、リビングに隣接した和室、夫婦それぞれの書斎、WIC、パントリー、その他の収納など、私達の理想をこれでもかと詰め込んだとても素敵な家に仕上げていただきました。住み始めてまだ1ヶ月ほどですが、今のところとても快適に過ごしています。一番感動しているのは断熱性です。外の気温が30℃ 近くあっても家の中はエアコンなしでも快適ですし、料理などで少し暑くなっても床下エアコン一台で家中が涼しくなります。また、早朝外気温が一桁になるような時も、家の中は半袖ハーパンで過ごすことができています。きっと寒い冬も暖かく過ごせるでしょう。 マイナス面をあげるとしたら、こちらの要望等がうまく伝わっておらず要望が反映されていなかったことがあったり、施主検査の際、畳の色が違う、コンセントの位置や色が違うといったことがありました。ただ、いずれも再度確認してきちんと対応・修正していただきました。 先本組で家造りをして本当によかったです。ありがとうございました。今後ともよろしくお願いします。

Before deciding on Sakimoto Construction, I visited several other builders, but I fondly remember the day I attended Sakimoto's open house and thinking, "I want to work with them! ✨" The warmth of the wood, the simple and flat design—I love everything about it. My impression after living here is that it's very livable! The space is used effectively, making it feel spacious! And there's no wasted space! The floor plan is fantastic ✨ I'm so glad there's an inner courtyard. I'm so glad I chose Sakimoto Construction! 🫧🥹 They skillfully responded to all our various requests, the carpenters put their heart and soul into building the house, and the architect (our assigned person) offered many different ideas. That's what I think is so great about this construction company. Our assigned person remained consistent until the very end, patiently addressing every question and concern we had, and offering many design ideas. They finished the house in the best possible form, and we are extremely satisfied. I truly think they are the best manufacturer in Yonago, no, even in the San'in region, and I would confidently recommend Sakimoto to anyone planning to build a house (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

We asked Sakimoto-Gumi to build a store and residence for us. They listened carefully to our requests from the earliest meetings, and were very sincere in accommodating even requests that seemed impossible at times, which was very reassuring. The completed house was carefully finished down to the smallest detail, and the result was even better than we could have imagined. Even now that we've moved in, it's very warm in the winter, and we feel the excellent insulation and airtightness every day. It's also easy to use as a store, and has received excellent reviews from customers. We're really glad we entrusted them with building our house, and they're a construction company we can confidently recommend to anyone thinking about building a house.

It's been six months since we built our house, and I'm generally satisfied. Although it's a two-story house, the layout was exactly what I wanted, so that we could live in a single-story style in the future. There's no condensation on the windows, which was a problem with our apartment, and in this season, the room warms up quickly when we turn on the air conditioner. The custom-made sink and kitchen storage were built exactly as I imagined, and although we had some issues with the lighting after we moved in, they came and fixed it right away. The person in charge was also quick to respond, and I was able to ask any questions I had, and they made a few changes during construction, but in the end we ended up with a specification that I'm happy with. Thank you. However, while the person in charge was kind and easy to talk to, they seemed very busy, and there were times when they forgot things I had told them or sent incorrect documents. I think it would have been better if they had checked things more carefully beforehand. Overall, I'm glad I chose Sakimoto-gumi to build my house. I look forward to working with you in the future.

I really love the simple design, the efficient flow of household chores, and the smart functionality. I'm glad we had separate studies for my husband and me, each with our own belongings and space. Besides the dining area and sofa, I also love the spacious nook by the window, where we can sit for a bit or sunbathe. Having storage shelves built into each room makes everything neat and tidy, and the space feels even more spacious. With the underfloor air conditioning, the whole house stays cool even in this increasingly warm season, making every day comfortable. Since we haven't been living here for very long, I can't comment on how it will feel throughout all four seasons, but I'm really looking forward to seeing what it's like indoors during the winter. I'm truly grateful for the comfortable layout of each room that we use every day, and for being surrounded by our favorite colors that we carefully chose. Every day is pleasant and enjoyable no matter which room we go to. From now on, we hope to gradually improve both the interior and exterior of the house, and nurture it into an even better and more wonderful home as our family grows.
