"We requested all of our exterior landscaping work after our house was built. The contractors recommended by our home builder were expensive, so we got quotes from other companies before making a decision. However, the president's personality, quick response time, and sincerity were outstanding, and we immediately chose SK Works. They seemed confident in their procurement costs, and their prices were lower than other companies. Since the work was done after we moved in, we met with the workers quite often. Their training was excellent; their greetings and overall demeanor were very pleasant, different from the typical image of a craftsman I had in mind. Also, when I contacted them about a malfunctioning light, they responded the next day and resolved the issue quickly without any additional charges. I was initially suspicious because the online reviews were all so positive, but after the work was completed, I was convinced they weren't fake. Thank you very much, Mr. Shintani and all the workers involved."

"The service here is good. However, the number of items is smaller than the usual Bic Camera, but that can’t be helped since this particular branch is in a department store, so space is limited. Being in the department store makes it very convenient, though."

"I visited the model home. I was impressed by the considerable effort put into insulation and airtightness, and was honestly surprised to hear that they had achieved a very low C-value by using glass wool rather than spray-on insulation. Not only did they provide the numbers, but they also clearly explained why they had chosen those specifications, which was very informative. The person who helped me didn't feel like a typical salesperson, but was easy to talk to and had a friendly (in a good way) sense, like a local acquaintance. They answered each of my questions accurately, and their wealth of knowledge gave me a sense of security. After the tour, there was no aggressive sales pitch at all, and I was really glad that I was able to tour the house comfortably from start to finish. I think this model home is recommended for people who prioritize performance and who want to listen carefully to what others have to say while thinking about building a home."
