The service here is good. However, the number of items is smaller than the usual Bic Camera, but that can’t be helped since this particular branch is in a department store, so space is limited. Being in the department store makes it very convenient, though.

When I went to buy a computer, I was served by a young female staff member. No matter what I asked, I couldn't get a clear answer, and in the end, she started looking it up online. When I asked to be transferred to someone who specializes in computers, she said she was the one in charge. It was a period when points were being offered in large amounts, so I wanted to buy it that day, but I felt uneasy about buying from that staff member, so I decided not to. When I went back again later, the staff member who served me was very knowledgeable, so I was able to make my purchase with peace of mind. I hope that they will study and gain more knowledge before serving as customer service staff.

There were some aspects of UQmobile's service that I found a little disappointing. I felt that their customer service was a little arrogant, and I was also concerned that they proceeded with the setup without checking the SIM card. I think I would be able to use the service with more peace of mind if they explained and confirmed the procedure a little more carefully. I hope they will improve in the future.

It's located in a corner of the 3rd floor of Hankyu Takatsuki Square. They have a wide selection of electronics, games, and toys, but the selection is smaller than the Bic Camera in Namba. It's great that you can earn double points with Bic Camera points and the Hankyu Hanshin S Card.
