Not only did they provide the numbers, but they also clearly explained why they had chosen those specifications, which was very informative. The person who helped me didn't feel like a typical salesperson, but was easy to talk to and had a friendly (in a good way) sense, like a local acquaintance. They answered each of my questions accurately, and their wealth of knowledge gave me a sense of security. After the tour, there was no aggressive sales pitch at all, and I was really glad that I was able to tour the house comfortably from start to finish. I think this model home is recommended for people who prioritize performance and who want to listen carefully to what others have to say while thinking about building a home.

The explanation was very easy to understand, and it helped me visualize my future. The house was of standard specifications and very high performance, and the system was well-established, so I felt it was trustworthy. The design was also very stylish and I liked it.
