"The Bic Camera here at this place likes to take advantage of foreigners who do not know much about how the system here in Japan works. I visited for 2 weeks and on my eighth day here, I wanted to buy a computer. I asked them about tax free payment and they said they couldn’t do it. So I decided to get a second opinion and went to Bic Camera Shibuya, there I was about to get the exact computer with tax free. I really recomemmend you to go to other Bic Camera. Horrible service with employees lying through their teeths."

"The space is very nice with a lovely tent play area. They have toys in the tent and in an area behind it that kids can use freely. There are some charged arcade games in the area too. Unfortunately they don't have many English books, possibly because it isn't that large a branch. There is a cafe beside Tsutaya and a 100 yen store and off season clothes store too. Free parking in the Qluri car parks."
