The Bic Camera here at this place likes to take advantage of foreigners who do not know much about how the system here in Japan works. I visited for 2 weeks and on my eighth day here, I wanted to buy a computer. I asked them about tax free payment and they said they couldn’t do it. So I decided to get a second opinion and went to Bic Camera Shibuya, there I was about to get the exact computer with tax free. I really recomemmend you to go to other Bic Camera. Horrible service with employees lying through their teeths.
On the 4th floor, Mostly PCs (new and used), Tablets (new and used), gaming gear, audio, accessories and hardware. The 5th floor has some toys, but mostly anime collectables.
No any errors, good staff. In this building there are bookshop bakery electrical items shop and CD shop. You can check some electrical items like mobile phones, laptops and headphones before the purchasing.
Staff seems busy behind the counter and it was difficult to find someone to ask about products. This is small store, but product line-up seems ok for me.
KFC's fried chicken was best.
