The space is very nice with a lovely tent play area. They have toys in the tent and in an area behind it that kids can use freely. There are some charged arcade games in the area too. Unfortunately they don't have many English books, possibly because it isn't that large a branch. There is a cafe beside Tsutaya and a 100 yen store and off season clothes store too. Free parking in the Qluri car parks.
Recently remodeled, with the opening of a Can Do 100 yen shop, and a discount clothing store. The Cafe De Crie and Tsutaya are still there.
Finally I've found the book that I had been looking for about 6 months... Very accommodating staff for foreigners like me who could barely speak Japanese.

This is the TSUTAYA on the 2nd floor of the TOP fresh food market. The parking lot is spacious. I bought some Chiikawa goods as a gift. There's a corner where you can do your own wrapping for an extra 100 yen at checkout.
