"I’ll be honest — when I first reached out to Weballiance, I wasn’t entirely convinced. With so many off‑the‑shelf CRM systems available, I wasn’t sure whether their service would justify the price or offer anything truly different. After giving it a lot of thought, I realised I wanted something tailor‑made for me and my business. The stage‑payment structure also gave me confidence — if things didn’t work out, I wasn’t risking a large upfront cost. From day one, I was introduced to my project manager, Liza, who has been fantastic in her role. Nothing is ever too much trouble. She is the only person I deal with directly, which works brilliantly because she gets to know you, understands your workflow, and quickly grasps exactly what you need from your CRM. We have weekly Zoom meetings, with her team working in the background to ensure everything runs smoothly. I’ve now completed Stage 1 of my CRM, and throughout the process — weekly emails, constant tweaks, and my many requests to “change this and that” — I have never once heard the words, “No, we can’t do that.” It’s always, “Leave it with me.” Then, a few days before our next meeting, I receive an email confirming that all amendments have been completed and are ready for me to test. During each meeting, we review everything that’s been updated or added. And even then, once I start using the system with real jobs, I often realise I want to adjust things further. Every time, I apologise for the extra changes, and every time, the same thing happens — two days before the next meeting, the updates are done and ready for me to explore again. Stage 1 has given me a full customer database, quoting tools, project planning, tick‑boxes for skips, planning requirements, and all the little details that often get missed when starting a job. Everything I need is right there when I log in. I also have task lists, snagging, service calls, and more. I’m genuinely impressed with how efficient and smooth the whole process has been. I would not hesitate to recommend Weballiance. They have never said “no,” never missed a deadline, never cancelled an appointment, and Liza’s response time to emails is incredible. Thank you to the entire team for all your hard work so far on Stage 1 of my CRM — and apologies for all the amendments and changes along the way. I’m looking forward to Stage 2, covering project management and scheduling, and I’ll be reviewing again once that’s complete."
