He was most helpful in dealing with any amendments I had to make, not only making them but explaining the background and/or outcome of the amendment, which helps with further decision making and planning. There communication is great and efficient, any changes needed or new content needing adding to our site (which is a lot), is always actioned promptly and accurately. Knowing Wave Seven are keeping up the general maintenance and upkeep of the design of the site takes a big chunk of pressure off us in house.
