"We originally used Logic Design for our first website, and three years later, as our business became more established, we decided it was time for a rebrand. From the very start, Howie and Sam were incredible – genuinely some of the friendliest and most professional people I’ve ever dealt with. We had several Zoom calls to go over the brief in detail (I had quite a specific vision in mind), and within a week, they had brought it to life exactly as I imagined. It looked amazing. The build team then added all the content I had provided, and throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. I sent lots of questions and requests for tweaks, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Sam even offered to walk me through the admin section so I could easily make updates myself in the future. After the site went live, there were a few small issues to iron out, but once again, Sam and Max were incredibly responsive — everything was fixed within hours. We’re absolutely thrilled with our new, more professional-looking website and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. I’d definitely recommend Logic Design if you’re looking for a friendly, personalised experience from start to finish."

"I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Rob at [Red Rocket Digital]. Despite making numerous promises and commitments, he has consistently failed to deliver on completing my website. I paid in full in June, trusting in his ability to produce quality work. Regrettably, Rob's excuses and unfulfilled promises have cost me potential earnings and opportunities, including a significant event at John Lewis. Despite my understanding, the lack of professionalism and communication has been disheartening. Even after agreeing to a resolution, which included finishing my website Rob failed to fulfill his commitments within the stipulated timeframe. Numerous attempts to contact him for updates have gone unanswered, leaving me in limbo. This experience has not only impacted my business but has taken a toll on my mental well-being. "I used It'seeze Websites (Oliver Brock, Colchester) to design my new website and I have to say I'm really very pleased with the outcome! I had an initial face-to-face meeting with Oliver, which I found invaluable in deciding if they were the right outfit for me. He impressed me and gave me confidence. I had a very clear brief and vision in my head of what I wanted my website for my new business to look like - the colour palette, fonts, and 'vibe' - and they interpreted it very well! The highlight for me when I first saw it was a little moving van - animated - at the bottom of each page that is always commented on! The colours and layout for my content is striking, user-friendly and has that premium feel I was after.
