I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Rob at [Red Rocket Digital]. Despite making numerous promises and commitments, he has consistently failed to deliver on completing my website. I paid in full in June, trusting in his ability to produce quality work. Regrettably, Rob's excuses and unfulfilled promises have cost me potential earnings and opportunities, including a significant event at John Lewis. Despite my understanding, the lack of professionalism and communication has been disheartening. Even after agreeing to a resolution, which included finishing my website Rob failed to fulfill his commitments within the stipulated timeframe. Numerous attempts to contact him for updates have gone unanswered, leaving me in limbo. This experience has not only impacted my business but has taken a toll on my mental well-being. I am deeply upset by the lack of integrity and accountability displayed by Rob and [Red Rocket Digital]. I strongly caution others considering their services to be wary of the unfulfilled promises and the potential negative impact on your business and mental health. Sam
