We originally used Logic Design for our first website, and three years later, as our business became more established, we decided it was time for a rebrand. From the very start, Howie and Sam were incredible – genuinely some of the friendliest and most professional people I’ve ever dealt with. We had several Zoom calls to go over the brief in detail (I had quite a specific vision in mind), and within a week, they had brought it to life exactly as I imagined. It looked amazing. The build team then added all the content I had provided, and throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. I sent lots of questions and requests for tweaks, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Sam even offered to walk me through the admin section so I could easily make updates myself in the future. After the site went live, there were a few small issues to iron out, but once again, Sam and Max were incredibly responsive — everything was fixed within hours. We’re absolutely thrilled with our new, more professional-looking website and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. I’d definitely recommend Logic Design if you’re looking for a friendly, personalised experience from start to finish.

The team at Logic have been great. We originally started working with them to help our business online presence and were not pressured into any marketing campaigns or spending more than we budgeted for. Val has been great at running this for us for nearly a year now, she checks in weekly and monthly and shows us all mock posts before they are scheduled. We also used Logic for our new website, including hosting, this experience was also great and the website is exactly how we wanted. Logic Design so generously donated their website and design services for a charity fundraising event and online auction in aid of Suffolk Community Foundation and Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds. I even had some designs for social media tiles turned around very quickly in time for the launch of the online auction.
