"I visited the property on Sunday. I live in Da Wan, and because I really love the lifestyle near Nanfang in the East District, I specifically chose Haohan Wuji. Since I prefer to find a salesperson based on chance, I didn't make an appointment, but luckily we met consultant Hu Fangting 🩷🧡💛. She was very friendly when she greeted us downstairs. She first led us to a room on the first floor, gave us a basic introduction to Fengyi Construction, and explained the building's structure and construction methods. Then we went up to the reception center on the second floor, where we watched a seven-minute short film in a small theater (highly recommend everyone experience it; it's truly a visual feast, amazing 🥺). Next, a magnificent building model was displayed, and she explained the overall plan to us in great detail. After the explanation, she took us upstairs to see the model apartments. There were three layouts in the model apartments, each beautifully designed 😍. The entire property visit was a complete enjoyment. A good salesperson is really important; I sincerely recommend everyone to make an appointment with her!"

"👍This is my first time building an AMD PC⌨️🔌. I usually buy parts from the original X store and have them assemble it for me. This time, I was worried about potential AMD issues that I wouldn't know how to handle, so I had a workshop assemble it for me. The total price was slightly higher than buying the parts myself, but the one-year warranty made it worthwhile, especially since they had already addressed any potential problems (and installed the system) by the time it arrived. We discussed the components on Wednesday, confirmed the details on Thursday, made the payment, and I received the computer on Saturday. The owner said that the logistics companies weren't working on Saturdays and Sundays, so he personally drove to deliver the computer to me – so kind! During our brief conversation on delivery time, the owner seemed like a very nice person (I won't comment on his technical skills since the computer hasn't had any problems yet). The only thing that bothered me was the tamper-evident seal sticker on the case. I usually clean the dust every three months, and removing it would void the warranty, which would be a bit of a hassle. 🙄 Purchased on July 11, 2020."
