I visited the property on Sunday. I live in Da Wan, and because I really love the lifestyle near Nanfang in the East District, I specifically chose Haohan Wuji. Since I prefer to find a salesperson based on chance, I didn't make an appointment, but luckily we met consultant Hu Fangting 🩷🧡💛. She was very friendly when she greeted us downstairs. She first led us to a room on the first floor, gave us a basic introduction to Fengyi Construction, and explained the building's structure and construction methods. Then we went up to the reception center on the second floor, where we watched a seven-minute short film in a small theater (highly recommend everyone experience it; it's truly a visual feast, amazing 🥺). Next, a magnificent building model was displayed, and she explained the overall plan to us in great detail. After the explanation, she took us upstairs to see the model apartments. There were three layouts in the model apartments, each beautifully designed 😍. The entire property visit was a complete enjoyment. A good salesperson is really important; I sincerely recommend everyone to make an appointment with her!
The reception center felt like an art exhibition, very tasteful. The staff were very friendly, and the showroom was beautiful. I had a pleasant afternoon there.

The reception center was so big and beautiful, it was truly an eye-opener! 👍🏻 Everyone inside was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service! After we finished viewing the property, they even asked if we'd get hungry and offered to give us some snacks to eat in the car. Properties in prime locations are definitely different!
