"I've been working with tricoma since April 2012, initially as a direct employee at tricoma, and now with my own agency, eAngels. Four former tricoma employees are part of our team, all of whom have been using it for over 10 years. There are reasons for this. What convinced me back then, and still convinces me today, is the architecture. Every module has the same structure, every function is self-contained. If a client has a special requirement that isn't included in the standard version, we can develop it as a custom app or plugin without disrupting the overall system. That's really enjoyable. However, there is one drawback: tricoma has grown massively over the years. Anyone starting out today is faced with a system that is easily 10 to 20 times more comprehensive than what I encountered in 2012. Without training or a partner who knows their way around, this can be overwhelming. For us as an agency, this is naturally an advantage. We understand every setting and can tailor the process precisely to each company's needs."

"I definitely wouldn't recommend this agency as a promoter! They make many false promises, such as alleged bonus payments, which are then not honored. The overall communication is also terrible and largely unprofessional. Bad moods are the norm and are taken out on you without restraint. Every day they claim something different, and if you bring it up, you're attacked harshly and pressured with threats that others would take the job, etc. You can clearly see the employees are completely overwhelmed and frustrated. As soon as you're no longer needed, you're ruthlessly let go. I have about 10 years of experience in this field and have never experienced anything like this. Therefore, I strongly advise you to avoid this agency. There are many other good agencies that treat you humanely. This one unfortunately isn't one of them."

"I took my Tenere 700 there. There's a recall for the clutch. I wanted to have a few other things done while I was there (different levers, height adjustment for the seatbelts, connecting the GPS to the electrical system). Everyone was incredibly friendly. From scheduling the appointment to picking up the bike, everything was great. From the receptionist to the mechanic, everyone was very personable. And the price was absolutely fair! Many thanks to the team! 👍"
