"I almost got killed twice due to CCS. There were endless condensation and leaking problems. I have made many wrong choices in my life and signing up for CCS is the worst regret in my life. After collecting your keys to your BTO, dealing with BSC and your contractors (or ID), and having a tedious time shifting house and unpacking your belonging, are you sure you want to have more rounds of renovation (repairing of your air-con) clean-up? Worst still, the clean-ups are required after your furniture and belongings are already inside the house. I gave them 5 chances to repair, including 4 times PU injection. One night, the workers even left at 11pm! Throughout, their communication was horrible. When I told the SP staff that my CCS wasn't cooling, they told me to set it to 23 instead of 25 degree. The fact is when I was using Starmex previously at 26 degree, I had to hide under the blanket soon; CCS at 25 made me perspire sometimes. It was stuffy at times. When I told a Tengah neighbour that it cost me around $40 (chilled water alone) for 1 FCU usage at 25 degree for 7-9 hours daily, I got mocked because his bill for conventional air-con was much much cheaper. CCS is really eco-friendly because I haven't had air-con to use since Halloween 2024. It's causing me great income loss since 2nd quarter year 2024 as I need my house for my photo studio and require proper air-conditioning. - Victim of Tengah Plantation Acres"
