Haven was referred to me by my son. Jake Was my technician who checked my Furnace. I was very impressed with him as he was very honest and personable. I could’ve had my furnace fixed, but decided against it and went with a full replacement. Hector and Ryan came and replaced my Furnace. I cannot say enough about the service that I received. They were both wonderful and went beyond what they needed to do. Once again, I was impressed with the Haven employees. Hector and Ryan were ecstatic that I treated them to In-N-Out and we had lunch together. Of course it was my pleasure to treat them to lunch and share conversation with them. I felt like I was with family. I highly recommend this company. I cannot say enough about their honesty, Professionalism, work ethic, and integrity. Kudos to the great company and it’s employees!!!!

Excellent service from start to finish! The technician, Jake, arrived on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly during the air conditioning tune-up. Jake thoroughly checked the system, cleaned everything up, and made sure the unit was running efficiently before leaving. I really appreciated the honesty, attention to detail, and great customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure everything met my satisfaction. My AC is working better than ever. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable HVAC maintenance!

I needed to replace my 20+ year-old HVAC system, and the replacement they provided has exceeded my expectations so far. Andreas and Julian took the time to provide all the information I needed to make a confident decision. Andreas was especially thorough in explaining everything in detail and was always available to answer follow-up questions, even returning again when we needed more clarification about the electric HVAC system. Mike, Ryan, and the installation team also went above and beyond during the installation and testing process. This was the first time I’ve worked with an HVAC contractor that was so open, honest, and informative throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend Haven Air Conditioning—you won’t regret it. I recently bought a condo and wanted to get the HVAC system checked out and tuned up. I called Haven because they were the installers, according to the sticker on the unit. I am 100% glad that I did. They sent out Jake, who was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He addressed any questions I had about the system, telling me that he wanted homeowners to understand what they have and how it operates. Haven offers a subscription program that provides regular maintenance and other benefits. I signed up for it, and yesterday was my follow up visit. I was happy to see they sent Jake again. Once again, he explained everything clearly and performed the necessary system maintenance. As follow up to a question I had on the thermostat, he discovered that the power supply to the furnace was missing a ground pin, and he took care of that potentially hazardous situation. Scheduling is easy; they even proactively reached out to me to schedule the recent appointment when it was time. I haven’t dealt with technicians other than Jake, but he’s a great ambassador for the company. I’ve been extremely happy with the system they originally installed and especially with the peace of mind they provide with their great ongoing maintenance. I recommend Haven wholeheartedly.

I recently contacted Haven after my neighbor used them for a whole new system. Our thermostat was throwing some power off errors when the AC was running for an extended amount of time. Haven sent Jake over in a couple days to check it out and it was determined that our drain line was getting backed up and triggering the safety float switch. Jake was incredibly courteous, helpful, and willing to answer all the questions I had. After the evaluation we were presented with several options to fix/improve the system which I appreciated. Jake did a great job unclogging the line and making sure everything was flowing properly again. I will definitely keep Haven in mind for any future work we may need.
