My hair looks and feels better AFTER colouring than it did before! Like my very own Cinderella transformation! Alina accommodated me last minute to shape my hair so it looked better after colouring…I have now found both my repeat hair stylist and hair colorist! Nisha at the reception helped take cute photos and videos of the process and shared them with me too! They all stayed back late to make sure the process was thorough and mindful and not rushed at all. MORE than five stars!"

"I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding the customer service experience I just had over the phone, and to get a definitive answer on my outstanding issue. I called to request a simple, clear update on when the rectification job for SO86031 will be completed. Unfortunately, the representative's tone was entirely unhelpful and unprofessional. Please look into this service standard issue, and more importantly, please provide me with the exact completion date for the rectification work immediately. I bought the aircon, I didn’t beg for it."

"Honest no nonsense uncle. Checked my aircon gas all no leak no issue. Open up my clogged aircon filter and change to new one. Tadaaa aircon is cold again. Everything settled in less than 15mins. Highly recommended."

"We bought our ACs through Gain City and installed in November 2025. One of the units started to have this musty/dampened smell everytime we turn it on. GC has done a cleaning, and Mitsubishi technicians also came to clean and change the blower. They did joint-inspection in our home and since the smell persists, GC suggested Mitsubishi to exchange our unit 1-to-1 as it's not even a year after being installed. Technicians wrote in the receipt to do so. We thought we'd get our AC to be replaced, but alas... we received an email downplaying our issue that saying they won't do that and instead telling us how to do a proper maintenance. What gives?! First thing first. This is a brand new aircon that was supposed to work properly and it's not even a year! We always make sure it gets ventilated properly everytime. Secondly, it's only 1 out of 4 units we have that's having this issue, and it's in the living room. I'm totally disappointed with Mitsubishi and their after-sales services. We used to use Toshiba in our old home and NO such issues!"

"Pleasantly surprised by the good quality repair work delivered by Motoserv@Havelock! Very grateful to Chloe who is very proactive and answered all my queries and naggy concerns patiently & professionally. The pricing is reasonable. Compare to certified vendor....who told me 3-4days downtime excluding leadtime for parts. Motoserv proposed repair work make alot more sense to me too...and they tried their v best to minimize down time....in my case, I sent my car in at 9am and recieved my car at 6pm. Very glad to find a workshop I can trust....thank you!!!"
