"Yakiniku shiok offers a satisfying dinner buffet meal. We were fortunate to chance upon this restaurant on day 2 (14 Dec 2025) of its opening on a Sunday evening. The wagyu beef came in many cuts which you can try and repeat your favourite. We had wagyu top round, wagyu bottom round, wagyu shoulder, wagyu flank, wagyu rump and wagyu short rib. The wagyu short rib had a creamy, buttery and melt-in-your-mouth texture which was absolutely delicious! The yakiniku wagyu beef paired well with the nabemono hotpot vegetables. There was also a good variety of salads, cold appetizers and cooked food. Brownie topped with ice cream was a good way to finish the meal. Staff were attentive and were prompt in their service. The table set-up allowed for a comfortable and smokeless indoor grilling and hotpot experience, reducing the risk of accidental burns and lingering odours. Highly recommended!"

"Pleasant environment, staff are friendly and attentive. Food are served hot and well portioned. Braised Pork Ribs with Scallion Noodle in Pork Bone Soup is very flavorful and pork ribs are very tender. Pork Chop Noodle in Tomato Pork Bone Soup is appetizing. Crispy Chicken Cutlet Noodle in Pork Bone Soup is tasty. For side dish, I personally prefer the Century Egg with Toufu. Overall great service and would love to come back again."

"We did not make reservation so was told only left seatse. However, to our surprise sitting outside was enjoyable as well. The songs sang by the live band was a good mix of old and new songs. The food and drinks were yummy as well. Love the atmosphere. Recommended."

"We were a party of 8 for a week day dinner. There is a pretty good selection of wines in glasses and bottles. I shared a cold cut platter with my wife and had the chick pam. It was delicious. The chicken was a little burnt on the edges but it added crunch to it and the chicken was tender, cheese was flavourful. What stand out was the service. The server was very friendly, knowledgeable and ever so accomodating. She gave sound and objective recommendations and went ahead and let us split the bill according to what each couple had, I felt a little bad but she was more than happy to do so. Overall, an affordable and unpretentious restaurant serving decent food and wine. Keep it up guys!!! You have my 5 stars."

"Overall experience 8/10 We ordered the grilled beef: 9/10 meat is tender and juicy well prepared. The sauce came with it blend well to it. Fish & Chip: 7/10 the meat of the fish is sweet and fresh. Portion is big Pork chop:9/10 meat is very tender and tasty. Top shell: 8/10 side dish appetizing Ikan billis:8/10 nice Hor fun: 9/10 taste good have the wok taste Overall food is good. "Food will be more enjoyable after many drinks however the chicken chop was really not bad to be fair. Everything else we had...oysters came out frozen, portion of pasta reminded me of primary school...have your dinner before heading down for drinks if you're not going to DTE."

"I’ve been coming here for years. It’s really the best beach side bar in Singapore. Very chill with a singer on Fri and Sat nights. The Guinness is good but tonight it’s San Mig bucket. I got the grilled chicken chop with tonight with my beer. Super crispy top and very juicy meat below. Most chicken chop sibei anemic but this one power. Got colour and flavor. Come and have drinks here. Good drinks, good food, good vibes. 10/10 recommend."

"Truly great service, great food and great ambience with live music and even Thai music. Truly enjoyed myself with my group of friends where we had a private room upstairs. One of my Thai friend even commented how the food is so authentic, it reminds her of food back home. She felt so at ease speaking Thai to the waitresses. The chefs are also Thai. So truly, if U want good authentic Thai food with great service and to hear Thai music, this is the place!! Am thankful that I get to try raw prawns and even papaya salad with salted egg! Truly delicious! However the grilled pork neck is too fatty if not it will be better. But all in all, very yummy!"

"Honestly one of the most worth it meals I’ve had. The chicken for that price is HUGE and super satisfying. The fries were easily one of the best I’ve had too. And omg the sundae 😭 I was literally craving Mixue before coming and planned to buy it after, but the sundae completely solved my craving. The milkshake was amazing too.
