We did not make reservation so was told only left seatse. However, to our surprise sitting outside was enjoyable as well. The songs sang by the live band was a good mix of old and new songs. The food and drinks were yummy as well. Love the atmosphere. Recommended.
They do offer the Chinese cruisine here and the taste is really delicious. We love the seafood hookien mee and fried carrot cake. Their mocktail also very visible and beautiful. Live band is available on 7.30pm everyday. This restaurant is suitable for gathering, chill and enjoy. Will definitely visit again for their food.
First time dropping by Jyu Concept's Jyu Yae @ Downtown East. They have other outlets too (at Suntec & Bras Basah but here is good). Their menu revolves around Taiwanese fusion food. Which I think it tasted pretty good. We didn't make a reservation. So we stood outside. Thankfully someone finally entertained us & we're okay to sit the outdoor seat. Vibe was good. Food was good. The manager, Michelle, was engaging & recommend to contact her so she can reserve seat for you. Thanks Michelle for the great conversation. One thing I wasn't into, is they have a points system. Membership's free tho. So for every $2 spent, you'll earn 1 point. But your QR code on the website you registered isn't useful. Because the staff need to manually input the points. Apparently the staff didn't input the points. But still, good place to chill after work or just enjoy some live music.
This is definitely our comfort chill out place… Nice ambience, lots of finger food and main courses and live band… This place served primarily Taiwanese fusion food. And there is happy hour pricing too for beers… Great for chill out and birthday celebrations
A bistro with a Live band, wow I find myself liking the food more than actually listening to the songs which are very mandarin-focus. The char kway teow and hokkien mee is so gooddd and the soft shell crab too. Alcohol is definitely on the more expensive range cause of the live band. I wouldnt recommend this place to catch up with friends. The noise is really deafening, but for a chill night out to MANDO POP this is the place to go.
