"I signed up my son, Jaydon for Humanities classes with Illum.e some time in Oct 2024 in preparation for o levels in 2025. His humanities results before starting with illume was C5. He took the classes for history and social science under Mr Ivan Ann . According to Jaydon, Ivan was able to piqued the students interest. His classes were never boring. On the contrary, it was interesting, entertaining and interactive. He was always available for any clarifications. My son very much enjoyed the classes and his grades improved. He got a B4 for prelims and to our pleasant surprise, he scored an A2 for O levels. Ivan is not just a teacher but a friend that the students can approach. Even after his results, Jaydon was able to consult him to get views on the various JCs and he gladly helped to provide his inputs. Thank you to Illum.e and Mr Ivan for his guidance and helping Jaydon build his confidence and worked towards and achievied a distinction in Humanities."

"Math Coach Benjamin Teo has been an exceptional mentor to my two daughters, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is not only highly knowledgeable in Mathematics, but also well-informed in many other areas, which allows him to guide students with a broader perspective and deeper understanding. What stands out most is his ability to inspire and motivate my daughters. He gives clear guidance, constant encouragement, and patiently helps them understand difficult concepts step by step. Because of his teaching, my daughters are now able to tackle school questions with much greater confidence. Benjamin is also incredibly dedicated and goes above and beyond what is expected of a tutor. He willingly assists my daughters even outside tuition hours, and he never fails to follow up when he says he will get back to us. He takes the initiative to research solutions, share thoughtful advice, and help with matters beyond his usual scope of work. On top of that, he is always patient, cheerful, and kind, which makes lessons enjoyable and creates a positive learning environment. My children genuinely like and respect him very much. "My daughter (11) has been enrolled with Concept Math Novena since she was 6 years old. She enjoys the Math classes at CM and it has helped her maths greatly. CM Novena has good teachers (most ex-MoE) who are very familiar with the PsLE syllabus. At lower pri classes, they use simple & easy to understand methods to introduce the various models as a foundation. At upper pri levels, they use focused techniques to reinforce key concepts and a SMART framework which will help the kids during exams. They have helped many kids attain good results in Maths and my daughter’s maths mastery has improved greatly and she is now much better than me at problem solving! This year, I also enrolled my son (8) to begin his CM journey!"

"My daughter, Ashley, began attending Ms Loi's E-Math and A-Math classes towards the end of Secondary 2. Following the release of the GCE O-Level results, I would like to commend Ms Loi for her superb teaching. Ashley achieved an A1 for E-Math and an A2 for A-Math—an excellent outcome that would not have been possible without Ms Loi's guidance and dedication. This achievement is especially remarkable considering that Ashley obtained a D7 for E-Math during her prelims. Ms Loi was able to quickly identify Ashley's weaknesses, help her overcome them, and build her confidence within a short period of time. Her effectiveness as a teacher truly made a significant difference in Ashley's learning!"

"Teacher Natalie is one of those teachers that students genuinely enjoy learning from. Ally always looks forward to her lessons and feels encouraged to do better after every class.
