I have been with TTT for many years, taught by Mr Russell and Mr Ravi throughout my secondary and JC years. I can say without a doubt that TTT has changed my life and outlook towards english and was the determining factor on my A grade for both A level GP and O level English
both Mr Russell and Mr Jeriel are really helpful teachers! Especially for my upcoming O levels, the free consultation they provided was really useful in teaching me tips just before O levels! I am really grateful for the teachers and Mr Russell for teaching me for the past 2 years, who brought my english up from a C6 to a high B3!
I first started the thought tailor when I was sec 4 and due to their excellent practices and drilling, which made me improve tremendously. I decided to continue with TTT For my j1 and j2 academic year. The a level curriculum for gp is much more advanced and higher leveled than the o level English curriculum. TTT managed to do a fantastic job with their concise lecture notes with up to date examples which managed to help me improve my essay tremendously. The personalized practices for comprehension by Mr Russell and his team were a deal breaker in helping me improve from a S to a B in my J2 preliminary examinations. I would recommend TTT to all my juniors and friends.
Dr Chua has been my teacher for my second JC year and he certainly has given me the confidence to improve my grades despite being stagnant for the whole of my first year. His enthusiastic teaching regardless of the topic has made me go from dreading GP lessons to looking forward to the weekly lessons. Lastly, his prompt replies on WhatsApp and willingness to arrange consultations for explaining my doubts or going through my essays, is definitely something I’m very grateful for.
