"So, I got a new appliance, plugged it in, and whole house went dark. My BD Box totally conked out. I hopped online, found these guys, and the person who answered was super quick and friendly. Showed up in exactly 35 minutes, just like they said they would. Figured out the problem, and the boss was really cool about coordinating with security on all the technical stuff.
