We paid to the wrong bank, and they refused to fulfill our order, claiming they didn't have access to the other bank account and that it wasn't affiliated with them, even though the recipient's name was correct. They also refused to refund the money. This is a new type of fraud, a very convenient scheme – to play the fool."

"We learned about Volga-Web from customer reviews. We were looking for a company with experience implementing websites on the 1C-Bitrix platform. We met with company representatives, discussed the project, and realized that Volga-Web's experience and professionalism were undoubtedly superior to those of other competitors. We were impressed by their clarity, conciseness, and promptness in resolving every issue that arose, and we encountered no negative aspects during the process. Our collaboration resulted in a new website for the Zolotoy Kolos sanatorium. We also signed a contract for website maintenance and promotion, and installed a customer relationship management (CRM) system (we are currently conducting testing). The entire project took two months, with additions and edits being made as usual. We are pleased with the business results.
