We learned about Volga-Web from customer reviews. We were looking for a company with experience implementing websites on the 1C-Bitrix platform. I've known about the studio for a long time. Back in 2014, I was working on a website development project for a large manufacturing company and submitted a brief for cost estimates. We came in with our references and waited, apprehensively, to see what they would hand us as a pilot page. When we saw the concept for the board book page, we immediately forgot about the original example and realized the designer had nailed it right the first time. Thanks in part to this brilliant idea, the website came to life, clearly showcased our products, and truly stood out from the crowd of other Russian printing companies. Since everything is only easy and smooth on paper, we had our share of stressful moments – we struggled with layout and programming. We spent a long time cleaning the website of bugs, and there were several waves of testing and acceptance. But Volga conscientiously fixed all the bugs without bureaucracy or whims. Special thanks to our project manager, Natalia – she took charge and handled all the issues efficiently. Overall, the work lasted six months. As a result, we received a showcase website with a clear focus on our products. By creating concise forms for collecting customer requests, we significantly reduced the burden on managers from phone calls and lengthy explanations (product examples with descriptions of technological capabilities are now clearly displayed on the website). I consider the "Cardboard Books" page to be a true gem. This product is our unique advantage, and it has been ably developed. Currently, the website work is complete, and all our ideas have been implemented. Therefore, I'm not sure we'll be receiving any new requests anytime soon. If Volga-Web could be characterized in one word, it would be "creative."
