"I'm sorry, but if I could give -1 star, I would. We considered terminating the contract after the first mistake, but we thought, "Oh well, we'll work it out!" We contacted them about purchasing an online cash register, and we were on a tight deadline. In fact, while they were processing all this nonsense, they QUICKLY only took the money!!!! The rest was a disaster. First, they filled out the application incorrectly, so the Federal Tax Service sent me to redo it. And, mind you, due to the pandemic, the Federal Tax Service registration is only preliminary, and due to the incompetence of the Khakassia.ru staff, I had to wait two weeks just to submit the application to register the cash register. Then there was more waiting...and more... There was NO communication with the client, and the attitude was respectful only until the payment receipt was issued; after that, no hello or goodbye! Traveling from another city to see them every day is not an option. We couldn't get through on the first try, so what, we thought, they probably... email—why would she call back? We contacted them on November 12th (today is December 9th, a MONTH HAS PASSED), and on the night of the 11th to the 12th, the cash register prices changed and miraculously went up by 5,000 rubles. The price tags on the display case were the same, so we kept quiet, which was a shame!!! Overall, I'm not happy, and I'll have to continue working with you guys. The cash register is already registered and needs to be serviced, I suppose. I'm not at all embarrassed to write this review; I really hope it's taken into account."
