Kiasoft

We enjoy working with Kiasoft; we've been purchasing equipment and receiving 1C support for several years now. Their specialists are competent, experienced, and diligent. They always offer advice on how to best implement the solution.

This company is a nightmare. No matter what you call them for (whether it's an 1C upgrade or buying telephony software), they either ignore you ("We'll call you back") or bounce you from employee to employee (who are always "not very comfortable talking to" (hello Svetlana Shchelkanova, or something like that)) and eventually just hang up. Basically, issues can only be resolved with management, who are after the money. The employees clearly aren't interested.

Excellent company! They're true professionals. They work quickly, understand the client's situation, and offer optimal options without trying to "take as much money as possible."

I like the company. The staff is polite and will explain everything, even over the phone. I've used them more than once and recommend them to everyone.
