"greedy corporation, imposing senseless gate pass directives that are exorbitantly overpriced and makes homeowners find it utterly difficult to return to their own homes. just go back to the old system where you ask for a valid ID from visitors, demanding a PHP2500 visitor pass is extorsion. also, demanding people who live near gate 1 to pass through gate 2 just because they don't have any homeowner sticker, or they're riding outside tricycles is absurd. the roads going to gate 2 is a heavy-traffic area. you dare impose expensive gate pass stickers but there's rampant theft in this subdivision that you people cannot even solve. so many streetlight fees, maintainance fees, yet lots of streets still does not have streetlights, empty lots still look abandoned instead of maintained."
