greedy corporation, imposing senseless gate pass directives that are exorbitantly overpriced and makes homeowners find it utterly difficult to return to their own homes. just go back to the old system where you ask for a valid ID from visitors, demanding a PHP2500 visitor pass is extorsion. also, demanding people who live near gate 1 to pass through gate 2 just because they don't have any homeowner sticker, or they're riding outside tricycles is absurd. the roads going to gate 2 is a heavy-traffic area. you dare impose expensive gate pass stickers but there's rampant theft in this subdivision that you people cannot even solve. so many streetlight fees, maintainance fees, yet lots of streets still does not have streetlights, empty lots still look abandoned instead of maintained.

Under new management with great visions on how to improve the service of the company. Great location - near schools, supermarket. malls, hospitals, mrt and airport.

Lots of improvement require. This company runs like a government, they took 2 months just to release a fence building permit if done from professional private contractors. After paying heavy processing fees and construction bond, still they will make you wait for long and will take their own sweet time whenever they feel to fast track it! Me and my family are residing outside the Philippines and we planned the timing of renovation and construction well to be a little comfortable in our short stay. But guess what? Because of their snail speed process we will be home and nothing started yet! I hope the homeowners association officers and the management can do something about this!

In their villages, stray dogs roam freely, and illegal parking is rampant. The neighboring village lacks maintenance, leading to recurring flooding during rainy seasons. Based on these issues, I strongly advise against choosing this company.

This company demand hefty construction fees, making it tough for folks or businesses to develop properties. They will just milk you. They will ask for permits for every construction you do in your house even in simple renovation. What a crook!! Don’t buy here !!
