"I applied to this company and they will never give you an update about your application. If the applicant is not qualified then just text him/her right away. Don't make them wait for weeks for nothing. They didn't even text me back about my application I applied 3 months ago. I hope they accomodate every applicant fairly."

"One of the better areas in Legazpi as it is elevated, windy and has a beautiful view. However, for a long time there is no water available in the area and the stray dogs can be very aggressive at night. These problems have not been resolved for many years despite the home owners associations tireless efforts. As a result there are many houses for sale in Camella. There are buyers, but once they understand how severe the situation is they walk away."
