One of the better areas in Legazpi as it is elevated, windy and has a beautiful view. However, for a long time there is no water available in the area and the stray dogs can be very aggressive at night. These problems have not been resolved for many years despite the home owners associations tireless efforts. As a result there are many houses for sale in Camella. There are buyers, but once they understand how severe the situation is they walk away.
Great view, great place, quiet and secured. However, water is more essential for every household. Rules are rules but sometimes out of place. They are lot owners not mall tenants, new bought appliances doesn't need gate pass, delivery receipt would be enough.
Great view, close to centro and blvd, however wouldn't recommend because of frequent brownout, meaning everyday, and no water service for a year now. office people have no idea when it will be restored. they been telling residents it'll be restored by the end of the month pretty much every month. no garbage collection too. There used to be but they quit coz they didnt like how the office will charge them for the bottles, plastics and other recycleables in the trash. Basic services are absent. Swimming pool was built for nothing, and residents are not informed where the HOA payments are used for since nothing is delivered. Camella is advertised to be premium housing that will enable high quality of life, but it might as well be a joke coz it is not.Customer service is ridiculously poor if any at all. They just want the money but they cannot walk their talk. They are not honest in their dealings and they cannot meet expectations. Dont be fooled by the looks and advertisement because it is not what they make it seem to be. It might as well be a scam.
The place has access to your needs, church, city park, grocery government and private agencies to make your daily life convenient.
Would not recommend. Water has been scarce, power supply not stable. Poor management. Update: Added burden now is power supply. Transformers are not properly maintained. Admin/Developer lacks empathy. Maintenance Engineers dont know what they are doing. Don’t buy property here. We are now planning to relocate.
