"I would highly recommend this business. They are efficient, trustworthy and reliable, as well as being centrally located. I had issues with my laptop’s memory/RAM/SSD and they were flexible with me dropping in with minimal notice to try and get my laptop working again. Fariz in particular was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, explaining the various options and exactly why things were not functioning correctly. He offered me an affordable upgrade however he also advised me of a way I could fix it myself, and talked me through it without charging me at all. I am grateful for his expertise and patience. I would definitely trust them with my business going forward!"

"I had a very specific issue around a dedicated software item that, due to change in email providers security setting, was no longer able to send emails as "authetication failed" My initial contact in was with Musa, who appeared to have a good grasp of this unique situation, although was not familiar with the specific software. Through remote access to my PC he quickly identified issues made necessary amendments in the software, assigned new email address, with dedicated passwords for the specific app and with 40 mins this valuable service used by multiple EMS clients was back up and running. I can not speak highly enough of the prompt and efficient service Musa provided. He has made subsequent contact to ensure all continues to run smoothly...An example of excellent business practice.
