I had a very specific issue around a dedicated software item that, due to change in email providers security setting, was no longer able to send emails as "authetication failed" My initial contact in was with Musa, who appeared to have a good grasp of this unique situation, although was not familiar with the specific software. Through remote access to my PC he quickly identified issues made necessary amendments in the software, assigned new email address, with dedicated passwords for the specific app and with 40 mins this valuable service used by multiple EMS clients was back up and running. I can not speak highly enough of the prompt and efficient service Musa provided. He has made subsequent contact to ensure all continues to run smoothly...An example of excellent business practice.
