"Been to their main office in Labuan FT located at Financial Park Labuan. Their staff are very friendly and professional in handling with all the visitors. Their office is so well decorated and with modern/classic interior office design. Mini library, well equipped pantry, places to chill/work for people. Their meeting room is looking good, they even have phone booth in case you get private calls. There is even a sofa chair for you at the office corner in case if you are not in good mood and needs to chill alone. Office compound is extremely clean definitely would visit again."

"As a regular at Secret Recipe Labuan, I’ve ordered the mushroom soup multiple times and it has consistently been disappointing—bland, watery, and lacking that rich mushroom taste. Unfortunately, nothing has changed over time. The buttermilk chicken chop didn’t stand out either; the sauce was overly heavy and the overall dish lacked finesse and too salty. For RM60.95, this was not the standard I expected. The food quality definitely needs work, especially for a place with such a reputation."
