As a regular at Secret Recipe Labuan, I’ve ordered the mushroom soup multiple times and it has consistently been disappointing—bland, watery, and lacking that rich mushroom taste. Unfortunately, nothing has changed over time. The buttermilk chicken chop didn’t stand out either; the sauce was overly heavy and the overall dish lacked finesse and too salty. For RM60.95, this was not the standard I expected. The food quality definitely needs work, especially for a place with such a reputation.

The crew did a very great job! We really appreciate their effort to celebrate our birthday. The cashier helped us with full of smile, and ease my birthday claim (hehe) without hesitation! Kuddos to crew work 9/11/25, Sunday.
Staff not friendly. Fried rice taste bitter because of the burn on the rice. Meatballs not cook plus the outer layer is burned. Not good experience
Been this place a few time, this time around it's quite disappointed. We ordered mushroom soups, my wife ordered spicy chicken chop while l myself ordered beef spagetty bolognaise and a garlic bread. Soup serve cold, we get the waiter to take back. My wife spicy tomato chicken chop came with a watery and mushy mashed potato. The soup came back hot but the taste is total out with the service is also out and about.
