"I ordered a life-size idol on June 1st as a birthday gift. Initially, they were incredibly responsive, so I prepaid and they sent me a video saying they'd send a tracking number within 5 to 7 days. It's been 15 days and they still haven't sent it, they're not responding, and obviously, the gift never arrived. Update: After 17 days, they finally sent me a tracking number, but it never worked. The purchase arrived a month after I placed the order; supposedly, they had made a mistake with the shipping name. The quality is good, but the customer service after the initial contact is terrible. They should update their delivery times."
