I ordered a life-size idol on June 1st as a birthday gift. Initially, they were incredibly responsive, so I prepaid and they sent me a video saying they'd send a tracking number within 5 to 7 days. It's been 15 days and they still haven't sent it, they're not responding, and obviously, the gift never arrived. Update: After 17 days, they finally sent me a tracking number, but it never worked. The purchase arrived a month after I placed the order; supposedly, they had made a mistake with the shipping name. The quality is good, but the customer service after the initial contact is terrible. They should update their delivery times.

Excellent!!! Very good service, very friendly from the young lady who helped me and the guy who installed the banner; very professional during installation. Punctual delivery and excellent print quality. 👌 They also do all kinds of graphic design and advertising work. Without a doubt, the best in Cuautitlán, Mexico.

There are so many things to say about their terrible service. First, the person who answers is so cringeworthy; it's like talking to a 15-year-old. They took ages (2 months) to send me what I ordered, they kept stalling and even left me on read, and in the end they sent me whatever they felt like.
