Came to Yakiniku Like at Junction 8 for lunch and the food was super delicious! The wait was around 30 minutes, but the queue system was quite reliable, allowing us to keep an eye on our turn while shopping nearby. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-marinated. The restaurant was really busy, but the staff still tried their best to serve the tables as efficiently as they could. The only downside was that the griller seemed to have quite a bit of oil left from previous diners, so it kept popping and splattering while we were cooking. 😅 Overall, it was a decent and delicious meal. Just be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes for a table during weekends and peak hours, and around another 15-20 minutes for your order to be served.
This lunch was truly satisfying in every way. The fresh slices of meat sizzling on the grill, the flavorful side dishes, and the comforting soup all came together perfectly. Cooking everything at the table made the meal even more enjoyable — there’s something special about grilling, sharing bites, and chatting at the same time. Having this delicious spread with a great buddy made it even better. Good food always tastes amazing, but it tastes even more special when shared with good company. Great meal, great vibes, and even better conversations — such a happy and fulfilling lunch.
The service from the Indian male staff was very disappointing. From the beginning, when I requested to change my seat, he already showed attitude, as he needed to reissue the QR code for ordering. Later, we had issues using the app to place our food order and asked him for assistance. Instead of helping us directly, he asked us to go to the counter to place the order ourselves. Throughout the process, he was very impatient, which made the experience uncomfortable. In addition, the Wagyu beef quality did not meet expectations at all. It was below the standard I have experienced here before. Overall, it was a bad experience this time, especially since this is not my first visit. On a positive note, the cashier aunty was very nice and polite.
Amazing food for AMAZING prices!!! And the customer service was just out of this world!! Especially the kind and charismatic lady called Nannette who brought us our food with the most energetic smile!
My all time favourite. The service of Nanette is great. Very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will comeback again. 😊
