Spacious and relaxed atmosphere. Many shows and singing session to keep yr eyes occupied .A really worth going restaurant. Staffs were friendly n amicable. Foods also π. =>But the grilled fish need to improve on the grilling part .Overall every enjoyable night .
Found this place and decided to try. Is an outdoor pet friendly area. The place is quite loud but you can sit slightly away from the speakers. Is lively and fun to gather with friends. Food was good especially the sauce given. The staffs would offer to help you to cook but the paper plate was rather small so some food dropped on the table. However, some singers are quite amateur , a few are good especially guys are good. A good mix of local Singapore and china c pop songs. Would prefer they have a mix.
We chose this place for our Valentineβs dinner, hoping to unwind and enjoy a nice evening with live performances. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing enough that my wife wanted to leave before we even finished our food and drinks. We had made a reservation for indoor seating, but upon arrival were told there was no space available and were seated outdoors instead. The waiting time for food was also quite long. For the price we paid (over $100 for three dishes and a jug of beer), the food quality was very underwhelming. The most disappointing dish was the pork ribs β they were clearly burnt. When we pointed it out, the waitress sent it back twice and insisted it was βnormalβ for it to be that way. Only after we specifically showed her the burnt portions did it get acknowledged. The dish also looked nothing like the photo on the menu. To be fair, the live performance was enjoyable. The performer clearly put in a lot of effort and delivered a good show β that was probably the highlight of the evening. One more thing to note: the entrance door sensor didnβt seem to be working properly, and it almost closed on us. Management may want to look into that for safety reasons. Overall, this might be a place to come for drinks and live music, but not for the food. Based on our experience, we left feeling that we could have spent the money on a much better meal elsewhere.
Interesting fusion of korean and chinese food, wasn't very sure what to expect. The food is quite good if on the pricier side (drinks especially). Had the black pepper pork collar, black pork belly and marinated boneless chicken, kimchi pancake, bimbimbap. Service was good and friendly. Although parts of the menu were in chinese only and the staff only spoke mandarin which was a little tricky for us. Do note the seating are all very low and not comfortable for older folks and those with back problems.
We chance upon this because we had wanted to eat something else (their next door neighbour but found it to be a fake franchise). Decided to try but itβs possibly the worst place to have dinner. Itβs like a KTV bar with live performance. Itβs so loud! The food is Korean? But why is it North Korean food? What????? Their Kim chi soup is very spicy but otherwise bland. How is that possible? Very expensive for what it is. Do not come here, do not try this, waste of money.
