White Restaurant (Jalan Tampang)

Service here was excellent especially by Lee Cheng. Food was great especially the stir fried vegetables and Doufu. The famous white bee Hoon was quite ordinary. Some Zi Char stalls have better white Bee Hoon with wok taste. I must say that the ingredients used were all fresh and the dishes are healthy, neither too oily nor too salty. It kept the natural sweetness of the ingredients. Will I specially come back for the food? Maybe not. But will come if I happen to be on the vicinity.

White Beehoon Restaurant ~Sembawang (still here!) Still here and enjoying our dinner! Moi Chang, our waitress, is very friendly and helpful. She even speaks Hakka like us so nice and makes us feel at home! :) The seafood rolls are super crunchy and very fresh. Really yummy! The signature white beehoon is delicious too. Fresh seafood and the taste is just nice, very balanced and comforting. Bright place, good location, and cosy corner setup. We’re happy 😊

White beehoon is still the gem here, very milky, sotong is very chewy and fresh. They have changed their menu though, felt like they have become some other tze char restaurant, how is it that they no longer have har cheong gai? Service was very good, staff were friendly. We didn't have to queue, table turnaround time was quite fast too, Monday night, decent number of customers.

Came on a weekday. Place is not fully packed, but at a 70% capacity at 730pm. Food is great as usual, still delicious, their chili is still bomb. Cared by Ms Moi Chang! Great. The leftovers shows it all
