What a beautiful atmosphere along with spectacular views of Marina Bay and the sites surrounding it. The staff are are very professional and attend to all your needs, noticing that we were chilled when entering and being seated, we were offered shalls to put on our shoulders. We decided on the Chef's Spring tasting menu for a sunset dinner, arrive early to get your choices in before 5:55 and take advantage of the dinner promotion. We all enjoyed our choices and loved everything, the appetizers and meals were all cooked to perfection, followed by dessert for a few of us and 2 complementary trays of small bite options for us all to enjoy. After dinner, we went to the outside area to enjoy the views of Marina Bay and all the surrounding sites. The is a must for a special dinner while in Singapore!
Was there to celebrate an anniversary at VUE, and it was a good experience overall. The ambiance is immediately striking. The dining room features a gorgeous, high arched ceiling, and the panoramic views overlooking Marina Bay Sands are simply stunning, especially as the sun goes down. It is the perfect atmosphere for a romantic or special occasion.
Celebrated my birthday at Vue with my husband, the ambience + view + food + service was amazing. We were given sofa seats side by side so we could appreciate the skyline. Also, their lunch set was value-for-money given the quality of the food. We enjoyed all the dishes ordered (other than the uni risotto which fell a little short of expectations), and will probably be back for more!
We dined here for one of our honeymoon dinners and it was incredible. The venue, view, food and service was amazing. We had magnificent fresh oysters, octopus so soft that you could slice with a butter knife and the T-Bone steak that was buttery and delicious paired with a red wine jus. There was an honest miscommunication with something and we were actually abit rude to the waitress who i believe was actually the floor manager. Even so, she was extremely patient and understanding. We apologised at the time and apologise sincerely again. She did an amazing job servicing us and went above and beyond, so thank you to her. 5 star service, food & view ๐
Had the 3 course sunset dinner - Charred Queensland Bluey, Wild Forest Mushroom Risotto, Caviar Risotto, Zeeland Kingfish, Beef Duo and Hojicha Chestnut Pear. Was served the bread to start with, which was ok for us. Then we started with the 2 risottos and the charred bluey. The bluey had a great char scent with it and went very well with the vermouth espuma. The risottos though, stole the spotlight for the 1st round. Wild Forest Mushroom with the truffle slices was just maxed out aroma/umami, and the creamy risotto just wrapped around the earthy mushrooms nicely. Caviar risotto's highlight was more of the sea urchin foam, which provided a great base/sauce for the risotto. Zeeland Kingfish was ok, maybe because we had a fish starter already. The Beef Duo though, highlight of the entire evening. The beef cheek was so tender and having it with the soft mash was just a pleasure. The A5 Kokuou was the best part of the dish, buttery and beefy. The beer mustard was the quiet support of the dish, not sharp nor spicy but instead was savoury, tangy and a little malty taste to compliment the beef. Opted for the Hojicha chestnut pear, was great but looking back, we might have chosen another starter since we are not really big on desserts. The chocolate writing was beautiful, and the complementary bites were also great. Service team was very friendly and respectful(?) in a way they did not rush the clearing of the plates. Definitely will go back again.
