UNA at The Alkaff Mansion

Service and ambience were great. Not much of a view even if you are seated by the window. Food wise, the gambas was well made. Grilled squid was also quite good. We could tell the ingredients were fresh. Only issue was with the paella, and we werent sure if that is how paellas are cooked. The charred parts at the bottom was quite significant, and it was too salty. Overall still it was a nice experience.

Celebrated our wedding anniversary here. Delicious food, excellent service & lovely ambience. Senior supervisor, Raj provided warm, personal & professional service. Loved his recommendation especially for the iberico pork, prawn tapas & lobster bisque. Appreciated the complimentary dessert for our anniversary as well. Some suggestions: Increase the range of dessert choices Some references pictures for the menu would be helpful.

We recently celebrated our dad’s 80th birthday at UNA, and it turned out to be one of the most special family dinners we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed. The warmth and hospitality were heartfelt and consistent throughout the evening. Riant and Wint, along with the rest of the staff, took such thoughtful care of us — always attentive, making sure our plates were changed promptly, clearing dishes seamlessly, and serving the birthday cake we brought with such care. It never felt rushed, only well looked after. The Spanish food was absolutely gorgeous — beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the cocktails and mocktails were just as impressive. It was one of those meals where everyone at the table kept commenting on how good everything was. The setting made it even more special. Being in a heritage building gives the restaurant a sense of grandeur and romance that you can really feel. It was the perfect backdrop for such an important family milestone. Thank you for helping us create such a memorable evening. We’ll always remember our dad’s 80th birthday dinner here. I would wholeheartedly recommend UNA for special family celebrations, and it would also be a wonderful spot for couples looking for somewhere romantic this Valentine’s Day.

Raj is the best. so handsome. very attentive Great variety of food. Would've ordered the tasting menu, however was more interested in the ala carte item options. Food for thought: consider rotating out the tasting menu items to feature their better dishes

This place was special. Brought us back to being in Barcelona.from the gambas to the Iberia pork to the paella. Mama Mia! Avid fan of Spanish fares and this could be the best Spanish restaurant in Singapore yet! well done Una- gorgeous and unbelievable tasting good food! Look no more if you are finding a Spanish place - worth every penny!
