Impromptu decision to have some dim sum, and boy did we enjoy ourselves. Would highly recommend a reservation as they tend to get quite busy. Loved every dish that we ordered. Crispy pork belly was amazing... the vinegar pork trotters was delicious. Was only 3 of us so we ordered half a peking duck, hopefully to preserve some space to try out some of the many delicious items available. We were so full that we could only order 1 dessert to share, which was deliciously recommended by one of the servers, it did not disappoint and would definitely return again soon.

TungLok Signatures at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel is one of those places that earns its reputation over time — and our visit for Father’s Day (which also doubled as a family birthday celebration) was a reminder of why it remains a go-to for marking life’s milestones. The setting carries a certain old-school grandeur that feels entirely appropriate for a celebratory Chinese dinner. Spacious, carpeted, unhurried — it’s a world away from the noise and hustle you’d find at many restaurants along Orchard Road. The food was the highlight. Dishes were well-executed and full of flavour, with the kitchen showing real care in both technique and ingredients. Nothing felt rushed or generic — this is a kitchen that understands Chinese cooking and takes it seriously. For a table celebrating two occasions at once, the menu had more than enough to keep everyone happy across the courses. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff handled the dual-occasion table graciously. When you’re marking a Father’s Day and a birthday at the same time, the little things matter — and the team here got it right. TungLok Signatures is not a place you’d drop into casually on a whim, and that’s fine. It’s made for exactly these kinds of occasions — gathering the family, raising a glass, and eating really well. It delivered on all counts.

We recently celebrated our parents’ birthday at TungLok Signatures and the experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. The team thoughtfully set up the private room with beautiful birthday decorations, which made the celebration feel extra special and memorable. The Cantonese cuisine was authentic, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Every dish was full of flavor, and my parents were extremely pleased with the food and overall experience. What made the evening even more meaningful was the exceptional service by the staff. They were attentive, warm, and incredibly helpful throughout the celebration. One of the most touching moments was when they presented my parents with a beautifully calligraphy-written poem on a plate and recited it with such enthusiasm and sincerity. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched our hearts. The overall experience was amazing, and my whole family thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful food, heartfelt service, and warm atmosphere. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place for family celebrations and special occasions!

I really enjoyed the meal at TungLok Signatures. The service from the crew was excellent, and having a private room made the experience even more comfortable. The standout dishes for me were the roast Irish duck skin with foie gras and the flambé shark’s fin soup, both rich, flavorful, and expertly executed. Loved the test tube juice too. It was a fun and refreshing. The fried rice cake, served on a large plate with meaningful Chinese phrases recited by the manager and crew, added a thoughtful and memorable touch to the dining experience. Overall, it was a well-executed meal.

Delicious chinese cuisine for big families. Celebrated ah ma & ah mei’s birthdays, father’s day with extended family members. We had a private room with 2 tables to accommodate 18 pax. It was a 10 course meal that had our stomachs bursting. Throughout the meal, we had warm and friendly service from the staff.
